Cloud Infrastructure and Enablement Role Context

The Cloud Infrastructure Team supports teams that may not have dedicated cloud expertise. The team bridges Data Engineering, IT, Product, and DMS so infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and aligned with best practices.

Team Responsibilities

Tier 2 support for standing up, maintaining, and optimizing cloud environments.
Cloud onboarding, training, modernization, architecture reviews, migration support, and infrastructure-for-hire work.
Incoming requests through ask-platform Slack, Jira tickets, service requests, and general help inquiries.
The team supports infrastructure and enablement, but does not own application runtime or application-level outages.
